Experience Across Infrastructure Markets

The GDS platform draws on domestic and international experience across conventional and renewable generation, storage, large-load settings, integrated resource configurations, and existing-asset repositioning. That background includes direct development, partnership and advisory roles, acquisition-related evaluation, hybridization, surplus interconnection, repowering, and early market-entry and technology-validation work.

Integrated Systems & Asset Optimization

Multi-resource hybridization, surplus interconnection, and repowering efforts have required existing generation assets and storage to be integrated while accounting for operational continuity, outage constraints, and grid conditions. These efforts have included configurations involving renewable resources, storage, flexible generation, and legacy thermal facilities, with technical and commercial considerations addressed in concert.

Large Loads & Private Infrastructure

Relevant settings have included standalone data centers, large industrial users, island systems, generation paired with data center or industrial demand, and grid-connected behind-the-meter generation configurations. Roles in these contexts have included direct advancement, partnership, and advisory support involving feasibility assessment, commercial optimization, physical interconnection considerations, power-delivery pathways, demand response potential, regulatory navigation, siting and land-use compatibility, reliability requirements, and execution planning.

Flexible Resources & Emerging Technologies

Experience advancing technologies that respond to evolving resource mixes and grid reliability needs has included rigorous validation, coordination of independent engineering review, assessment of commercial and capital considerations, and establishment of permitting and approval pathways supporting commercial deployment at scale.

Policy, Permitting & Market Adaptation

Established and emerging asset types have been advanced in settings where utility tariffs, tax and incentive frameworks, permitting requirements, and local approval processes were evolving or had not previously contemplated the proposed use or configuration. In those settings, technical and commercial feasibility had to be evaluated together with regulatory exposure, land-use compatibility, stakeholder considerations, and broader execution risk.
